Our ordering process is simple and easy. You may place an order by one of the following ways: email, phone, fax, submit the on-line shopping cart or submit the below order form.
Please provide: Item number & color, quantity, imprint color & location, shipping address and date needed by.
Whether you have a logo (artwork), need a new one, or don't have one at all, our in-house art dept. will create or clean it up for you absolutely free of charge. We accept vector art files in EPS, AI or PDF format with text converted to outline. EPS format files provide superior reproduction quality allowing images to be resized with no loss of sharpness or detail. Please email to: info@PromoVictory.com or upload below.
Once we confirmed inventory is available and we received your artwork, we will create a free virtual mockup so you can see before ordering. Once you approved the mockup, you will receive an order confirmation to review the order details. We are headquartered in Delaware, a tax-free state. Therefore, there will be no sales tax applied to your order. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and purchasing cards.
Production starts after we received your signed approval via email or fax. You will be notified when your order ships. We will also email you the UPS or FedEx tracking notification so you can automatically track and see the delivery date. It’s that simple and easy plus we follow up every step of the way!
