Here is an explanation of the different samples we offer and the sample policy.

*PAPER PROOF SAMPLES:

A paper proof is a faxed or emailed black & white proof with your logo appearing on the outline of the item ordered. All orders includes a paper proof to review with the exception of rush orders. All paper proof samples must be approved in order to start production. Our production time begins after proof approval.

*VIRTUAL SAMPLES:

A virtual sample is a color digital mock-up of the product with the logo. We require you email us a digital copy of your logo in EPS, AI or PDF format. Images in jpg, tiff or other bitmap formats are usually not acceptable to create virtual samples. This is a good visual to see if the logo and imprint color looks good on the product. Virtual samples are FREE and are done within 24-48 hours. Please email us your request and artwork.

*RANDOM SAMPLES:

Random samples are actual samples with a random imprint. Inexpensive items are generally free with free ground shipping. Expedited shipping requests will incur shipping charge. All random samples are shipped with random imprint. It is intended only to illustrate the printing capability and does not constitute endorsements of the logo or company name imprinted on the sample. Higher price samples must be pre-paid.  However, we will apply the credit on your order if we receive your order in the next 30 days. If multiple samples are ordered, we will only offer credit against the actual items that are ordered, not all samples.

There are certain higher price samples that are returnable within 30 days depending on the manufacturer. Merchandise cannot be washed, worn or used. We will let you know if there is any charge or if the sample(s) are returnable when you place the sample order. 


*PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES:

A pre-production sample is an actual product imprinted with your specific logo. The process involves actually setting up one item on the printing press and decorated with the specific logo. Since the screens or digitizing needs to be completed prior to running the sample, we will charge the listed price of the item, plus all set-ups and preparation charges.

Costs will vary from $75 - $250 depending on the item, set up process and work that needs to be performed. Production time can take up to 15 business days. Pre-production sample requests are process as regular orders. Therefore, we will email an order confirmation for approval and payment. Paper proofs will also be emailed for approval prior to production. Pre-production samples are not returnable or creditable. We only recommend this sample request for special custom orders due to the time and costs.
